Regents approve property sale

The WKU Board of Regents today (July 24) approved the sale of 0.64 acres to Five Star Properties LLC for $600,000. The property is located between Kentucky and Adams streets adjoining vacant property that once housed Vinos and Hilltop Shops, which Five Star has under contract. WKU Regents approve tuition, property purchase

The WKU Board of Regents today (April 24) approved a 3.1 percent increase in resident undergraduate tuition for 2015-16. Resident undergraduate tuition will increase $171 per semester to $4,741.
