DiscoverWKU events will take place in 11 communities around Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana where prospective students and their families can meet current WKU students, faculty, staff and alumni. Students can visit with representatives from academic departments, student services and other WKU offices to gather more information about becoming a Hilltopper.

There will also be admissions presentations at every DiscoverWKU. Students can drop off official high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores at all DiscoverWKU events. At the Elizabethtown and Bowling Green DiscoverWKU events, WKU will offer full on-site admissions for the Class of 2021. Students can apply, pay the application fee, bring their official copy of ACT/SAT scores and an official copy of their high school transcript to DiscoverWKU and receive an admission decision before they leave that evening.

Head for The Hill events Sept. 17 & Nov. 11

During fall 2016, WKU Admissions will host Head for The Hill events on Sept. 17 and Nov. 11.

Head for The Hill is a free, open house event that offers a comprehensive look at WKU’s outstanding academic offerings, student activities and beautiful campus. Sessions are offered to provide valuable information about life on The Hill, and an information expo allows students and their families the opportunity to personally connect with representatives from different academic departments, student services, housing, financial aid and more. Tours will also be given throughout the day.

On-site admissions for the Class of 2021 also will be available during Head for The Hill. You can apply to WKU and know if you’re officially a Hilltopper before you leave. Please bring your official high school transcript, your ACT or SAT scores, and the application fee to receive a decision that day. If you qualify for the application fee to be waived, please bring the necessary documentation with you. If you have any questions, call the Office of Admissions at (270) 745-2551.
