The public is invited to bring a quilt or two to share and to visit the 30-piece quilt exhibition Backward & Forward: 20th Century Quilts on display.
According to Sandy Staebell, curator for the Kentucky Museum, the event is designed for anyone to look at quilts, talk quilts, and to just have good fun socializing. “There is a large quilt following in the region,” Staebell said. “We are hopeful they will join us for the day, bring one or two quilts to share or just come to look. We always enjoy seeing what the community brings us.”
