WKU Dance Program to host auditions Oct. 17

Gordon Wilson Hall will be filled with leotards and dance shoes Saturday (Oct. 17) as potential WKU students descend on the Hill to audition for the WKU Dance Program.

Dance Auditions 2015 1280x720While on the Hill, prospective students will have the opportunity to talk with current students and learn about the program, meet the faculty and audition in ballet, jazz and modern dance. Once at WKU, they will have the opportunity to join current company members in the classroom and on the stage.

“We see such talent, that the selection process is always hard,” said Amanda Clark, Associate Professor and Dance Program Coordinator. “Our dance students do a wonderful job of representing us on the stage.”
