Adult learners who want to finish their college degrees can discover how WKU will help them finish and achieve their educational and career goals at free information sessions in Bowling Green and Glasgow.
Adult Learner Services at WKU will conduct the sessions at 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. June 25 at the Knicely Conference Center in Bowling Green and 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. June 30 at the WKU Glasgow Campus.
Brad Kissell, director of adult and regional campuses enrollment, said, “According to national research, 73 percent of all undergraduates are considered post-traditional learners and 32 percent are 25 years old or older.”
Dr. Kissell said adults go to college for a number of reasons, including to advance or change careers, keep up-to-date in their profession, to finish a degree or to simply advance their own knowledge and skills.
“No matter what your reason is for returning to college, WKU is here to assist you,” he said.
