WKU’s Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) will host a Veteran’s Resource Fair on Wednesday (March 4) in Glasgow.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the National Guard Armory, 410 Cavalry Drive in Glasgow.
“This is the first resource fair designed to focus on meeting the needs of our military service men and women and their connected families in this region of Kentucky,” said WKU EOC Counselor Kathy Fraim, who has spearheaded the event.
The event will provide military veterans, active duty and retired military of any branch as well as their families an opportunity to speak with representatives from a variety of organizations to learn more about what is available to them in the southcentral Kentucky region. “We think that the resource fair will be a great success with resources like Military Student Services, Military One Source, USA cares, local colleges and universities, as well as anyone needing a military ID made,” Fraim said.
The Veteran’s Resource Fair is free and open to the public.
