WKU weather update for Feb. 21-22, 2015

Winter-Weather-Advisory-612x612Here’s a WKU winter weather update for events/activities for Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 21-22):

  • Classes at WKU Bowling Green campuses are canceled for Saturday (Feb. 21). (No classes or events are scheduled Saturday (Feb. 21) at WKU Glasgow.)
  • WKU Owensboro will be closed Saturday (Feb. 21).
  • WKU Elizabethtown-Fort Knox Saturday schedule: Due to the closure of ECTC on Saturday (Feb. 21), all classes scheduled that day for WKU students will be canceled.
  • Super Saturdays update: Super Saturdays classes Feb. 21 on the campus of WKU will not meet due to weather; however, Super Saturdays classes at the Kentucky Science Center will meet on schedule.
  • WKU Dining tentative hours of operation through Sunday (Feb. 22).
  • Preston Center hours: Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday, 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Mass Media and Technology Hall computer lab hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 21-22)
  • Kentucky Museum schedule: The Kentucky Museum will be closed Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 21-22); regular hours resume Monday (Feb. 23).
  • Other event Feb. 21 cancellations/postponements: Interfaith Workshop on Earth Care; Physics Olympics (rescheduled for Feb. 28).
  • Lady Topper basketball: Lady Toppers host Middle Tennessee at 2 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 21) at Diddle Arena. (Read more about the game on WKUSports.com)
  • International Fly Fishing Film Festival  has been postponed and rescheduled for March 21.
