Attention WKU community, here’s a traffic update from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 office about the roundabout construction project near the WKU campus:
The roundabout intersection will be closed for six days beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 3). The roundabout is scheduled to reopen at noon Aug. 8.
Motorists are encouraged to use University Boulevard, Nashville Road, Campbell Lane, Russellville Road, Fairview Avenue and Scottsville Road for detours. The ceremonial ribbon cutting will be held at 9 a.m. Aug. 8 in WKU’s University Boulevard parking lot. All are invited to attend.
