Through this collaborative effort, dental exams and oral health education will be offered to adults at the Hispanic community free of charge. In addition to free dental exams and oral health education for adults, free dental cleanings and fluoride treatments will be provided to children. Each patient will receive a free oral hygiene kit including a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss.
The WKU Institute for Rural Health and the Barren River District Health Department will offer dental exams and oral health education from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the fair at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 434 Church St., Bowling Green.
