At 4 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 18), WKU-Glasgow administration, staff and students along with the Junior Achievement Advisory Board will gather at the WKU-Glasgow Campus for a tailgate event to show support of area high school football teams at the T.J. Samson Bowl.
Volunteers will be grilling and selling ribeye steak sandwiches to raise funds and awareness for Junior Achievement’s business and economics programs for area students in kindergarten through 12th grades and to unite the community as sports fans enjoy the games.
The T.J. Samson Bowl will kick off at 5 p.m. at Barren County High School with Glasgow vs. Todd County Central followed by Barren County vs. Metcalfe County.
