WKU raises $88,844 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, ranks 2nd in U.S.

WKU students raised $88,844.31 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., during the 2011-12 fundraising year and ranked No. 2 in the nation behind Chico State. Nearly 850 students participated in the letter writing fundraising efforts during the fall and spring semester. Approximately 450 students participated in the Up ‘til Dawn finale event in late March to celebrate the year’s success.
