Governor appoints new regent

Gov. Steve Beshear has appointed Cynthia Harris of Louisville to the WKU Board of Regents to serve for a term expiring June 30, 2017.

Harris, a retired teacher, replaces Yevette Haskins of Campbellsville, whose term has expired.
