New provost visits Owensboro
WKU Provost Dr. Gordon Emslie spent Aug. 11 in Owensboro meeting with community and education leaders. Dr. Emslie said WKU’s partnership with Owensboro Community and Technical College, including a joint admissions agreement that includes more than 130 students, has created a true, public four-year college in Owensboro.
