WKU’s forensic team will host the 2009 British Debates on Tuesday (Nov. 3).
The debate will begin at 5 p.m. in the Garrett Conference Center auditorium. Admission is free and open to the public.
The format of the debate is based on what one would see in the British Parliament.
The British team will be represented by Dan Bradley from The University of Manchester and Andrew Tuffin from King’s College.
Seniors Kaleb Jessee of Garden City, Kan., and Logan Parke of Little Rock, Ark., will represent WKU.
The British Debates were established in 1922 by The English Speaking Union. This is the seventh time the English Speaking Union has selected WKU as part of the tour.
