WKU forensic team members traveled to Philadelphia, Pa., and Normal, Ill., to take part in two tournaments the weekend of Oct. 3-4.
At the Lafayette College Debate Tournament, WKU placed first in team sweepstakes.
At the “Seventy-Four Swing” in Illinois, WKU’s team of 13 swept the Bradley portion of the tournament in team sweepstakes with Ohio University second and Wisconsin Eau Claire third. In the ISU portion, WKU placed second, with Ohio University in first, and Wisconsin Eau Claire in third.
