WKU is planning two events for prospective/current students and their families this month with Focus on WKU and Parent and Family Weekend.
The schedule for Parent and Family Weekend 2008 on Sept. 19-21 includes:
Sept. 19: Registration, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Downing University Center third floor; WKU soccer vs. Eastern Illinois, 6 p.m., WKU Soccer Complex.
Sept. 20: Registration, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Downing University Center third floor; mock classroom/student presentation, 12:40 p.m. to 1:25 p.m., Downing University Center Theatre; residence hall receptions, 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.; President’s Festival on the Green, 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Downing University Center South Lawn; WKU football vs. Murray State, 6 p.m., Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium.
Sept. 21: Sunday brunch, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Downing University Center’s Fresh Food Company.
